These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Handynerd's website and services. By accessing handynerd.io or engaging Handynerd for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Handynerd provides technology overhaul projects, AI phone system setup, cloud migration, and ongoing priority support to small businesses in Utah. All project work is scoped and priced in advance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or written quotes accepted by the client.
SMS program
Handynerd operates an SMS notification program for operational purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at helpme@handynerd.io or (801) 753-9451.
Payment terms
Project work requires a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Time-and-materials work ($125/hour, one-hour minimum) is billed upon completion. The ongoing priority support retainer ($199/month) is billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Service availability
Handynerd provides best-effort response times. We do not guarantee 24/7 availability or uninterrupted service. Response time commitments are defined in individual service agreements. After-hours requests are responded to the next business day.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information needed to perform services
- Maintain appropriate backups of critical data
- Notify Handynerd promptly of any security incidents or concerns
- Not use Handynerd services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Limitation of liability
Handynerd's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or lost profits.
Intellectual property
All content on handynerd.io, including text, logos, and graphics, is owned by Handynerd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
